I am looking for a bluetooth card, one you would put in a desktop computer. I am wanting to give my desktop bluetooth without using one of its very few USB ports. I've been looking around but so far only see USB bluetooth stuff. If someone could help me that would be great!

When searching, use "PCI" to help narrow the results. I found this immediately:
