Password manager for both Ubuntu and Palm OS? - redux

In June of 2007, “BeachedWhale” posted “On Windows, I've used Turbo Passwords to manage a password database on both Windows and Palm OS. Its simple enough... there's a Palm OS app and a Windows app. You can view/edit/delete your passwords on either device, and sync to make the databases the same. It stores more than just passwords, also account info, credt cards, whatever you want. Both sides encrypt, … I want to move further to Ubuntu but I'll really miss Turbo Passwords... its a terrific product…?"

I originally used with Windows, which has a sync capability. I currently use it on a Linux laptop via WINE see:

There is no sync capability with Linux but this hasn’t been a problem for me in the past as I synched it with Windows and would only occasionally copy the database file to Linux – SneakerNet style. I am in the process of moving to total Linux for my desktop and I will be searching for a sync solution. I suspect that some sort of script in combination with kpilot to copy the file to the proper place.

I have used Keyring for many years now.

This allows you to save passwords on your Palm, and sync it to your computer.
In Linux, I use jPilot, which has it own plugin made for Keyring. The plugin is in Ubuntu's repository.
In MS Windows, there's a separate program that decodes the password database after you sync the Palm to the Palm Desktop.
