Lost My Data How to recover It

Hi there

When I was installing ubuntu with alternate install cd,
I accidentally formatted my wind00ze partition to ext3 and I lost my important data the file system of the partition was FAT32.
And now its changed to ext3 please guide me how to recover my
imp data!!!

I dont think that is possible when its formatted
As the formating deletets everything and whatever u use u will not be able to take it back
Though maybe there is a way but i am not familiar with such a way

Test with testdisk. Google it. Its easy to use.
