Thinking about buying one, but have some reservations pn battery life.

Can someone who has one tell me the best battery life you have achieved and with which battery type?

I know they sell them preloaded with Suse so I assume it would be easy to switch to Ubuntu.

Surely someone on this forum has a T61? People talk about thinkpads all the time.

I have a T60 with 6 cell battery. I get 2 hours and 35 mins, running blutooth and max brightness on gutsy. the 9 cells will probably get you an hour more.
