how to get pidgin to steal focus

is it possible to make the pidgin chat window steal focus on a new message? currently the only way i can tell when i get a message is by the tray icon turning orange.

I don't know how/if you can do that.

But, for getting visual clues when a new message arrives in Pidgin, a good solution would be to install the guifications or the libnotify plugin.
