Windows and 1 Ubuntu Networked

Just install Ubuntu with Apache2, PHP5, VSFTP, and Sendmail. Dual boot windows xp pro

I have two windows xp (one home/one pro) desktops and vista laptop with linksys router. I have my windows units communicating with each other by files sharing and printer sharing.

How do I add Ubuntu to the network with sharing files and using a networked printer?
