I installed the mac4lin theme, saved it as "Mac" and I see a folder was created in ~/.themes/Mac and it looks like the saved theme is called index.theme. I switched the Clearlooks, but now I'd like to restore the saved Mac theme. I tried clicking on "Install" and selecting the saved file but I get a message saying it's not a valid theme. Thanks!

If it's in your ~/.themes/ folder then there's no need to reinstall it. If it has an index file then it should appear as an option on the Theme tab under Apperance Preferences. Otherwise, try hitting the customize button and browse through the themes under tab Controls.

Boy that's embarassing. Yes, it did appear in the Themes tab. Thanks!
