Try going to the location that you specify, maybe you have a typo. Try
cd .. and then
cd media/Storage Maybe the "Storage" has to be in lowercase "storage". And to answer your question, yes you should be able to mount any iso file in your system, even if the file is located on a mounted partition. Good luck!

Remember that in Linux the folders "Documents" and "documents" are considered different, therefore you may also want to check the "Torment" part of your command since it could be "torment" with a lower case "t".
