Upgrading fom 8.0.4 to 8.0.4.1

I am having an istall CD of UBUNTU 8.0.4 and I am runing 8.0.4 right now. If I want to upgrade to 8.0.4.1 , is it possible to do it from this CD itself? I think it includes all the update packages, and I have added them to apt-repository but it still requires the intenet to download the updates.
