Problem when loading install on cd

I recently downloaded the Ubuntu image file to install "Hardy Heron". However, when I try to boot with the cd I am able to select which language I am on, but upon clicking "install ubuntu" I receive and "error in cd" message. I have burned another copy of the cd and still receive the same message and am unsure as to what to do.
