I am using Ubuntu 8.04 and I wanted to explore KDE as an alternative to GNOME. I installed KDE, but my display resolution is not correct when using KDE. GNOME runs correctly at 1280x1024, however KDE is running at a higher resolution - 1400x1050. I can not figure out how to change the resolution using the "Configure Desktop" menus.
I am using an old Dell 17" LCD with a Geforce 6800.
