Unwilling to Update HELP

Hi! I installed NVU and now it is hassling me to update it to Kompozer.

I like NVU and I'd like to be able to make the updater quit nagging me to update. Is there a way I can ignore or shut that off without messing up ALL options to update?

p.s. someone told me how to lock the version in Ubuntu Synaptic but it is not at all similar in Kubuntu Adept.
