I've been thinking about trying Lilo instead of Grub any comments?

Most distros use grub now.

But grub can be a lot better, which is why I eagerly await Grub 2 (PUPA project). But man, it's taking forever it seems. (I'd run it now but there's practically no official documentation on how to even edit the config files!)
