hey, idk if this belongs in this forum but
i was wondering is it possible to force open a filtered port with ubuntu?
thru terminal or something?

What exactly are you trying to accomplish? If you are a bit more complete in your question it helps us a lot in preparing an answer.

Yes, you can remotely open previously closed ports on a computer if you have SSH access and proper permissions.

i was just wondering if i can remotely access my own computer without opening ports thru my home computer guess not so thats good(protection wise)

There is nothing bad about offering a service (opening a port, as you put it) on your own computer but without opening a port it is not possible to gain remote access.
