View Full Version : [ubuntu] Can't PARTITION my USB stick

Hi,

I'm trying to install Ubuntu 8.0.4 on my USB stick (4G). But when I Save and Quit fdisk (w), I get this error:

WARNING: Re-reading the partition table failed with error 22: Invalid argument. The Kernel still uses the old table. The new table will be available at the next reboot.

But when I reboot, I do a sudo fdisk -l and STILL see only 1 partition.

What am I doing wrong?

Please Help,

Marc.
