So, my quest is this; to put a comic from a certain webpage, updated frequently, as part of my signature. The only thing is, the newest comic can be accessed at /new/ (as opposed to the actual number of the comic.. which would be static.) But the images each have different names. So is there a way for me to have the IMG tag to look for something like.. "~/comics/*.png"?

(By the way, the comic is cyanide and happiness on www.explosm.net. It's often hilarious. If you've never read it, I would recommend doing so. NOW.)

You can't put images in your signature unless you are a mod. They are just distracting anyway.

Fair enough.
Then let's say I want to put it on my desktop, any way I could do that?
(I realize this now is more of general help. I guess maybe I should just post a thread there..)

You would want to use their RSS feed:

thanks! I'd never really found a use for RSS feeds.. Any idea how to just get the image? or set it to my desktop?
Should I just post this in a help forum?
