Well what do you need?
If you have the theme installed its a good start, but what part of the vista panel you wish to emulate?

i just want it to be glossy black and shiny as that of vista,or like the one that is there in the ubuntu studio theme.

Try downloading this (http://www.gnome-look.org/content/show.php/refraction+(panel)?content=62247), then using one of the images as the panel background by (i think) right clicking on the panel and going to prefs/options > set background.

Well if you want a cool panel background I got one that is shiny and transparent:
Its still under works though so I dont know how it will work for you, I need more tone I feel :D

I don't know the topic-starter, but I liked the background so much. Thank you SunnyRabbiera
