why is there no compizconfig-settings-manager on synaptic package manager on my 8.04? in need this to customize my compiz help on this. tnks

sudo apt-get install compizconfig-settings-manager

Isn't compiz installed by default in hardy? I'm not sure where to look but try pressing Alt+F2 and typing in ccsm

i know compiz is installed by default, but I'm not sure about ccsm.
