Hangs at configuring apt

While installing Ubuntu 8.04
I get the install screen it flows through the process easily until the install reaches "Configuring Apt" then it hangs at 82%

any Idea???

There are 2 things you can do here - wait for it to finish or disconnect it from the net before it get's to this part (I've done this) and enable you're repos after the installation has been completed.

I remember that this seemed to be a problem when 7.10 came out but didn't think it was happening with 8.04
