Hello I have a version of hardy server running as a vm on my computer. It can access the internet but I am getting
E: Method http has died unexpectedly!

I have looked all over google and the forums and irc and no luck of fixing the problem. I have also tried using the fix for broken proxy and what not. Any help on this issue would be much appreciated.

Try inspecting the network configuration if it's pointing at the correct gateway.

It looks like you have run into a bug. Are you using virtual box, or vmware. If you are using virtual box, it looks like the bug is still open.

Yeah the gateway is set correctly. I am using vmware with bridged networking.
