to minimize/maximize windows

hi, i'm using ubuntu studio, and my problem is with minimized windows. windows disappear when they are minimized, then i can't maximize. With alt+tab is the only way that i can get windows again.

please how can i resolve it?

That sounds like you might have accidentally removed the Window List applet from your bottom panel..

Right-click on any empty space in your panel, select "Add to Panel", find the Window List-applet and drag & drop it into the panel.

You can move it around either by dragging with middle mouse button (the wheel) or by right.clicking and selecting "Move" from the menu.

jojo... yes you're right. i removed the window list applet. Now my desktop is prefect!!!
