It'd be the 162nd biggest in the world in terms of population (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Countries_by_population) (out of 221), ahead of Montenegro, Luxembourg, Malta, the Bahamas, Iceland and Barbados to mention a few. Even with active members (those who have posted within the last 30 days), it'd still be bigger than Jersey.
If Ubuntu Forums got an average of a user a minute, it'd grow by about 523,000 members every year. After 5 years it'd be bigger than Albania (at about 3.25 million) and after 15 it'd be bigger than Austria, Switzerland and Israel. If the amount of Ubuntu users is more than 10 million (which is likely by now), we could take over Serbia, Sweden and probably Hungary.
Just some food for thought :)
