My son is not really happy with me right now because I swapped XPpro with Ubuntu 8.0, I told him this will benefit him in the long run.
Well He is unable to watch his little clips of Halo on You Tube, I need to install Adobe flash reader.
Any help on doing this would be greatly appreciated

You can install it from Synaptic (System -> Administration -> Synaptic). Search for the flashplugin-nonfree package and then install it.
Alternatively, you can visit a page that contains Flash and you will be asked if you want to install the plugin. You will be given an option of three plugins. Make sure you select the Adobe one.
