Dear All,

I have zero experience in software programming. I have experience in tinkering with the code sometimes but not a lot. Here's my problem:

I have been using the PWM (http://modeemi.fi/~tuomov/ion/pwm.html) window manager for quite some time now but there's one thing that I don't like in it. That is sloppy focus. Some people might find sloppy focus useful but I find it counter productive. I want to disable it. I looked at the code and tried to play around with some lines that I thought might have something to do with sloppy focus but did not succeed. As I have no experience in these things, it is generally a calculated guess along with trial and error.

Could someone please help me with this?

Thanks,
Tulasi

sorry for asking but,
why use pwm?

I mean there are a lot of other more popular WM that supports tabbing like Fluxbox and PekWM. (look at the bottom of PWM website
(http://http://modeemi.fi/~tuomov/ion/pwm.html))

I don't remember but,
in Fluxbox, grouping(tabbing) windows as easy as pressing Shift and drag a window on another or using middle mouse button.
Fluxbox does not uses sloppy focus by default

I believe YeahWM (though slightly outdated) eliminates the sloppy-focus issue and is quite similar.
