Dear community,
I'm currently having a little problem installing WINE which I need to be able to create a bootable WinXP fix-disc.
When trying to install WINE through add/remove and through the official WINE guidelines I get:
- some of the packages could not be retrieved from the server(s)
- W: Failed to fetch cdrom:[Ubuntu 8.04 _Hardy Heron_ - Release i386 (20080423)]/pool/main/n/nas/libaudio2_1.9.1-1_i386.deb
Hash Sum mismatch
So I tried fetching the file from the multi-Linux DVD from a magazine I'm using and this is the result:
- Error reading from file: Input/output error
So I 'suppose' the DVD-ROM is somehow broken but on the other hand that's quite odd since I installed UBUNTU twice with it...
Any ideas how I can work around this?
Thanks in advance,
