It's a .... online survey, and it requires Windows? Sounds fishy, like there might be some form of spy/ad/junk/crap/bad/malware involved.

There is a firefox (or konqueror) plugin that allows you to mask your identity as using a different browser or different OS. If the page is actually supported by your system (ActiveX comes to mind, btw) but intentionally blocks access, you might manage to make it work.

If you do not _really_ need that page, I'd boycott it and send a mail to the site admin and let him know that he sucks.

Lol, a lot of things on the internet require that you use Windows -
just like the programs.
It almost certainly isn't anything fishy.
Just a pain in the jacksy.
