I'm going to try Ubuntu on an ASUS F3Sr notebook.
I'm going to download Ubuntu, what should I select to the "What type of computer do you have?" question?
The first one says:
Standard personal computer (x86 architecture, PentiumTM, CeleronTM, AthlonTM, SempronTM)
the latter:
64bit AMD and Intel computers
This notebook has an integrated UMTS Globetrotter modem which is currently seen, by Windows Vista, as a network card (not like a serial modem).
Do you think I have any chance to have it working under Ubuntu?
Bye,
Max
