I am writing a quick and dirty little tool for the gnome-system-tray to display a neat little tooltip when one of your software raid drives has failed.
Can you guys post some of your /proc/mdstat files. preferably some raid 5 or other exotic configurations so I can check them through the parser.
If anyone is interested, I can post the tool to the thread when complete.
