I have been looking for a really good free hosting site (i know free is not always good). I have a site already but I need a new one with better profile tools (or options) and other great website/forum tools/options

Free is definitely not always good. DreamHost is a very good paid one, especially if you spend some time googling for a coupon code - I managed to get a discount of £25, which more than paid for my set-up fee.

I recommend DreamHost, find a $97 off coupon and then it's only $22.40 for the first year.

Of course finding these are always hard.
I would suggest. 000Webhost (http://www.000webhost.com).

i recommend hostgator they always have 20% off coupons and also it has some cheap hosting but very good uptimes and alot of bandwidth and space. My server is going on its 105 day of being up.

I used this for a while, and for a free host it's pretty good. I'm with Godaddy now, not free, but much more control and reliability.

Umm... I was going to look at OOOWebHost, and I noticed that they were paying you to get people to their site. How does that work out?

Don't really know of any good free hosts, but the best paid hosting I have found is www.hostpapa.co.uk

£60 per year (with V.A.T it comes to like, £71 or something), with free domain registration. It has unlimited space and bandwith, unlimited addon and sub domains, up to 100 mysql databases, and a bunch of other excellent features. It was a no-brainer really.

I'm making a web-site for a local business, and since neither they nor I have a very big budget, it made sense for me to go with host papa, so I can do some freelance web development, and they can keep their web presence costs low.
