Hi guys I'm new to all this and I have just installed Ubunutu 8.04 on VmWare in vista... I know it's possible with osx86 so I was wondering whether it was possible with Ubuntu to write the image on a partition on my hard drive to make it natively bootable (as in just stand alone not through vmware)
I can't install it normally via the dvd as it wont boot all the way to the installer :/
My machine is a Samsung R20Plus, Intel Core 2 Duo 1.83ghz t5550, 2GD DDR2 SDRAM, ATI xpress 1250 128mb, ATI SB600 chipset, 200GB SATA HDD.
