i have two problems

1. i cannot print through the network printer using ubuntu linux.please give the steps
2. anytime i'm browsing using ubuntu,i cannot view the previous page(will not highlighted) and also cannot go forward.what actually is the problem

Plug in the cable, find the printer, print.
The absense of any error messages whatsoever makes it rather hard to help you to find a solution ;-)
