I recently bought a HP 2133 and it is a lovely little machine. But it came with SUSE Linux installed which I don't like. I get the impression that it tries to be like Windows, and has number of limitations after using Ubuntu.
So the question. It has no CD drive. And to my surprise it does not support booting from a USB memory stick... don't see how they must have installed SUSE!
Is there a way to install Ubuntu from a memory stick (which it recognizes) without booting to it? That is, run Ubuntu from the stick on top of SUSE and then install it?
I have been worrying about this for some time, but cannot come up with a solution.
So many thanks for any suggestions.
