I want to bundle linux with usb memory sticks. This should be done already in factory, they can only put files on there. I that it can't be installed already, but what are my other options? Is there some kind of installer I can put on the usb memory such that when I first open one of those memories I can run it and it will install ubuntu to my usb stick?

im not exactly sure what you are attempting but yes you can get it onto a USB stick. Here is a nice guide.

Yes, that's what I want to do but without the CD. I want to put linux on the usb IN the factory. They put files on the USB memory, but they don't run installations on every single USB-memory, just transfer the file. So I want to put all the files needed to install linux on a usb stick on the usb stick from the beginning.
