View Full Version : [ubuntu] Some shortcuts (like alt tab) not working

Hi,

A number of shortcuts are not working for me. Notable: alt+tab which I happen to like for switching windows. I've installed "Advanced Desktop Effects Settings" and enabled "Application Switcher". However, it seems like a different program is catching this key combination, because I can't assign Alt+Tab to anything.
Same goes for Crtl+Alt+Shift+left which I happen to like to use to shift windows over my cube without grabbing the mouse.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

I'm running Ubuntu 7.10, but through time some garbage may have collected, notably when I installed Compiz when it was not yet part of regular Ubuntu.
