Just stumbled onto this today, but for Ubuntu-related results you'll see a Dell add now (see attachment).

Very nice! I think it's a positive step forward to test out the waters for them :)

tried to visit the url, but it gives a page not found error. It'd be nice if its true.

The blue words are linked to "dell.ca/ubuntu" which works. Guess they messed up on the green text however.
