As a number of members here know,I do understand what dealing with a medical condition is like.
The conditions you have are a huge mountain to climb each day and it shows good for you that you are able to communicate here.
I appreciate your apolology .
If you have a genuine issue with aspects of the code of conduct there is a process to follow to have this heard . The Forum council is always open to repersentations to make this a better place for all.
If you wish to have your views heard then you need to present them in a logical manner , stating the sections you would like reviewed , what you believe is wrong with it at present and your suggestions for change.

I dont have a problem with the code of conduct. I was just in a bad mood that night. But that issue is gone.

It may be best that if your mood is not good that you turn off your PC and go for a walk. Posting on a forum when your mood is not good can lead to unintended strife
