I got an ibm eserver where I'm working now its got a p4 2.8 but it's socket 478 so I don't think I want it. It has scsi cards and one scsi drive I wonder what the drive might be worth if it spins up a 10000 rpm 36 gig scsi would be a great swap partition. :) I'm trying to decide what I want to gut and keep I was thinking about just making it a firewall and personal file server but that seems like a waste.

So my question is what hardware would you guys fill it with to do what job.

I think the eserver is a cool looking machine I'm such a nerd
