Dear all,
after accepting the proposal to update to 2.16.24.19 (something like this - how can I look up in KDE?; I am missing system information),
... after update I experience no wifi access any longer. looking, but do not find a network.
In the grub there is still the old .18 version; therefore I am able to ask now.
I had once find out by try and error, how to clean up the grub menu with 5 old vesions. maybe it is at least a good idea to keep the last one.
What I like to learn is, how to correctly update the Kubuntu modules.
I found a comment there like "do not install the ... kernel, if you want be be able to update". how to correctly update the Kubuntu modules.
Unfortunately this is all like a russian roulette to me. How should I proceed? I hope you can help me with a good explaining link?
2nd the issue with the not working wifi with the newest version .19.
Is it a bug or my problem? And how to correct this please?

Thanks a lot for your help!
