I am using Ubuntu 8.04. When I install avant-window-navigator and run it, it freezes when I click on an Icon. So assume I have FireFox, Thunderbird and Pidgin running. I start AWN and those three Icons are on the dock. I click on the FireFox icon then AWN just freezes.

I still have my old docking bar on because I just want to try AWN, is that causing a problem?

What do I need to do to fix this?
