Fresh Install - Security Update Deny!?

The Picture says it better than I can.....

I can not click on security updates button...

I can not install Openarena.

I am doing a fresh installation in this
ACER ASPIRE 7520-5071
AMD Athlon 64 x2
2GB DDR2
160GB HDD
802.11b/g

Very strange, I have not done anything but get the Graphics going and I have been in the package Manager since I started and restarted.

Any Ideas?
