canonical shop products

did anyone actually buy anything from the official canonical shop? how was the shipping, packaging, costumer support.

I'll buy a few things from there but I wanna know that the shop takes good care of us :) don't wanna overpay if service is bad heh

also, do they ship from UK (store defaults to British pounds) or from US? How's the shipping costs?

I've ordered a T-shirt there, I live in the Netherlands. There were some extra shipping costs which took me by surprise (or I hadn't read carefully enough).
After a few weeks I got a mail from the supportdesk telling me that the shirt was returned because I wasn't at home when the delivery guy came by. They asked for an alternative address, I gave my work address, and within a week it was delivered. With no extra charges, a good service in my opinion.

Unfortunately now my colleagues know I'm a nerd with an Ubuntu shirt.
