running virtual box OSE

Hi guys pls help to access usb using virtual box so my host is ubuntu n virtual box is windows so i need step by step process to access usb yr help wud be appreciated.

That's the puel version op has ose - I didn't think that the ose version had usb support - you can maybe use usb drives, but didn't think so myself.
