Hey all,
As you may know, the new Thinkpad T-Series that are being released in August will have switchable graphics. This means that a hardware switch will let you choose between on-board Intel graphics and the installed Nvidia graphics card. In doing so, you can choose between performance, or battery longevity. I know that Windows supports hot-swappable graphics cards. Will Ubuntu support this? Or will it require a reboot?

Thanks.

You've never heard of it? The current Ideapads have it. The new thinkpads will have it:

I guess this means that Ubuntu doesn't support it at all. Oh well.
