First Im a full blooded noob so i apoligize if this is in the wrong place or if i forgot something or if the question seems stupid.

Ok i have a dell inspiron 6000 (pentium M) i have ubuntu 8.04.1 installed as the one and only OS. the computer is for leasure and i dont know enough to have any fun but if i could get some laymans instructions on how to install limewire or frostwire (either one ive used both and this machine before with equal results) and instructions on how to get utube vids to play without being way to crappy, i would verry greatful.

much apperation to anyone who can help!

you can make your youtube vids higher quality by typing &fmt=18 on the end of the url

(for Example: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CD_mRmQByKo&fmt=18)
