Hi *.
Does anyone know why it is possible to set the keyboard shortcut only for workspace 1 and 2?
Also isn't it possible to use the combination Win+1, Win+2, etc.. ?
Thanks

Do you have more than 2 workspaces, if you do I do not know why it is not possible to set those. Also, it should be possible to set win+1, win+2... the "win" key is called "super" in the Linux world, you might see that as an option or if you are using the key grab interface you can just type it.
Question: are you doing this in compiz or the keyboard shortcuts windo?

I had the same problem. In my case, Compiz was controlling the number of desktops, so you have to turn of visual effects, set the number of desktops and keyboard shortcuts to your liking, then turn back on visual effects.Try this:
Go to System>Preferences>Appearance
Select Visual Effects tab
Set to None
Right click on the workspaces applet, set your desktops how you want them. Set your keyboard shortcuts as normal, System > Preferences > Keyboard Shortcuts.
If you want, turn Visual Effects back on: System > Preferences > Appearance
Visual Effects
