Hello,

I'm trying to install Adobe Reader Plugin for Firefox.

This is my shell output:

dom@laptop:~$ sudo apt-get install mozilla-acroread
[sudo] password for dom:
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
E: Couldn't find package mozilla-acroread

Well, this is my sources.list:

Any ideas?

Thanks.

Have you searched in Synaptic to verify the name? I am not sure that is a valid package name for the Adobe reader plugin.

Synaptic does not find anything either and I'm positive about the name, I had it installed before.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't Adobe Reader obtained from the Medibuntu repositories?

https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Medibuntu to install the Medibuntu repositories. Run the commands given in the wiki article, and then try to install.
