I have created the theme song of Linus Torvalds.

Since July 16th, I've been working on a tune that could represent Linus Torvalds. Today, I completed it, and uploaded it onto the internet.

Do you think it represents Linus well? From what I've seen, Linus is a tough minded guy. He's not afraid to say something, if there's something to be said.

Gaah. I don't tend to bother about slashdot, because quite frankly, the
whole _point_ of slashdot is to have this big public wanking session with
people getting together and making their own "insightful" comment on any
random topic, whether they know anything about it or not.
He's a cool guy.

To make this, I used Rosegarden4, timidity, and LAME. I would like to give a big thank you to the people who created those programs.

I tried to make the tune sound in a way that reminded me of Linus's personality. I guess it didn't work so well... Maybe in a later version of the song I'll put in the sound clip of Linus going "Hello, this is Linus Torvalds and I pronounce Linux as Linux.", and it would represent him a bit better.
