Master Yoda of Ubuntu?

Although I have much respect for who the man became, I would hardly call him "Master Yoda of Ubuntu".

His campaign of bombings killed many civilians, and he himself acknowledged that the ANC (specifically its armed wing) violated human rights in its activities. It's good that he did acknowledge it. However it doesn't change the hurt that he and his organisation caused.

He is more like Anakin Skywalker: started off good, became bad, and then became good again.

Anyway, happy birthday, Mr Mandela. :D

Suprisingly, very few people outside of SA seem to know this. He is what most most westerners would refer to as a terrorist. Even Tutu spoke out against it.

Anyway, I don't think he is the same man he was back then.

Happy birthday Madiba!
