I have a whole bunch of webcomics that I read almost every day. Some of them don't update daily, some do.

Now. I'm the kind of lazy person who prefer to spend three hours one day to automatize an action rather than spending ten minutes daily to do that... Which is why I need your help!

I've decided that I want to make a script that I can run that will automatically open them, but I'm certainly not sure on where to start.

I run 64-bits Hardy on a Vostro 1000, with Firefox as my default browser. I have experience of programming, but only very briefly with bash (hadn't done it at all before I took a class in operating systems this spring =)

So. Any suggestions on where I should start looking for that kind of thing?

Do you use firefox? If so, put all your bookmarks in one folder, and select "Open all in tabs" from the folder list. Not a programming answer but....
