I'll wait and hear what others have to say about it. Personally I think it will be better by 4.2

Already very usable for me, but again I have been running SVN since a month ago.
Tip: essential stuff such as the Folder View is not installed by default on the Kubuntu packages. Make sure you install kdebase-plasma-kde4 and kdeplasma-addons for a larger number of plasmoids.

LOL, same here. But my situation is a bit differnt where I haven't picked it over GNOME but instead I will be using KDE 4 on my laptop and leave Ubuntu the way it is on my desktop using GNOME. Give myself some variety. :)
